From 15 march 2021 there will be a new method of submission of applications relating to the authorisation procedure for placing in service for those radio stations of more than 1 W PIRE (0.61 W PRA) forming part of networks of the band, both for applications with inspectorate and especially those with certification in lieu. There will be an intervention in information systems, which will stop on 17 march.
For these stations, the form of presentation will be new and if you need an installation certificate, this certificate shall be composed of not one single PDF file but also an XML-file, both have been digitally signed by a competent technical on telecommunications. The structure and content of the XML file should meet certain automatic validation checks to be admitted by the system. For more information on the new forms and correct the generation of XML file, please refer to “ Other services of the band (wide paging satellite, radio, mobile and fixed narrowband, fixed or point-to-multipoint, …) through stations network will ” in the web page of the procedure in the electronic site.
Durante el tiempo en el que tenga lugar la actualización con los cambios en la ficha de Sede Electrónica los formularios pueden verse afectados, quedando deshabilitado el formulario de “Presentación de solicitudes de autorización para la puesta en servicio con inspección de estaciones de radiodifusión”.
Access to the procedure relating to electronic communications in harmonized gangs is restricted to persons authorized by the incumbents of use of the public domain.
