B.O.E. No 62 of 13 March 2000Order of 10 March 2000 resolves the contest publico convened for the granting of four individual licences B2 type for the establishment of the telecommunications network necessary and for the exploitation of the communication service of third generation mobile (UMTS).
Together with the four Ministerial Orders of 23 June 2004, authorizing the modifications of conditions linked to the four UMTS licenses.
LMDS
For the band 3.4-3.6 GHz
Order of 8 March 2000 resolves the contest publico convened to the adjudication of three individual licences-type C2 for the establishment of public networks access radio in the band 3.4-3.6 GHz.
Together with the three resolutions of the state secretary of Telecomunicacionesy Sociedadde for information about 13 June 2003, 5 November 2003 and 3 March 2004, which allow modifications of the conditions linked to the three licenses LMDS in the band 3.4-3.6 GHz.
For the band of 26 GHz
Order of 8 March 2000 resolves the contest publico convened to the adjudication of three individual licences-type C2 for the establishment of public networks access radio in the band of 26 GHz.
Together with the three resolutions of the state secretary of Telecomunicacionesy Sociedadde for information about 19 May 2003 and the two 3 March 2004, which allow modifications of the conditions linked to the three licenses LMDS in the band of 26 GHz.
