Identification of the office
Article 3.2 of Royal Decree 1671/2009 of 6 November, which partly develops Law 11/2007, of 22 June, on electronic access by citizens to public services, determines that the e-Office must be identified by the incumbent and the body or bodies to which management of the office and the services provided to citizens there have been entrusted.
The Under-Secretariat of the Ministry of industry, trade and tourism will be responsible for managing the e-Office. Technological management of the office will be the responsibility of the Under-Secretariat of the Ministry of industry, trade and tourism, responsibility will be exercised by the Sub-Directorate General of Information and Communication Technologies.
Managers of the higher bodies and Ministry of industry, trade and tourismexecutives and, where appropriate, administrators of public agencies joining the office will be responsible for management, content and the services placed at the disposal of citizens in the office. Responsibility will reflect the competencies assigned to each administrator according to current legislation.
The identification of the site will be conducted by certified headquarters, consisting of certificate server that hosts the information or other insurance certificate or equivalent device in accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 1671/2009 of 6 November.
